  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  1. Add the frozen mixed berries, spinach leaves, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds to a blender. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey to taste. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
